Service Terms

Scope

Warrior Digital Studio is a trade name operated by Marc Guerrero as a sole proprietor in Puerto Rico, United States. It is not currently a registered corporation or limited liability company.

These general terms apply to services from Warrior Digital Studio. Each project is defined by a written proposal or agreement, which takes priority over these terms if they differ.

Proposals and scope of work

The proposal describes deliverables, timeline, revision rounds and price. Work outside the agreed scope — extra pages, features, revisions or content — is quoted separately before it starts.

Client responsibilities

You agree to provide content, access, feedback and approvals in a timely way. Delays in providing these may move the timeline. You confirm you have the rights to any material you give us.

Third-party costs

Unless stated otherwise, domains, hosting, premium plugins, stock assets, software subscriptions and advertising spend are not included and are paid by the client.

Ownership

After full payment, you own the final deliverables created specifically for you. We keep ownership of our pre-existing tools, methods and templates, and you receive a licence to use them as part of your project. We may show completed work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.

Results

We work hard to deliver quality, but we cannot guarantee specific rankings, traffic, sales or social media growth, because they depend on factors outside our control.

Ongoing services

Monthly services (such as SEO, social media and care plans) continue month to month unless the agreement says otherwise and can be cancelled with written notice as set in the agreement.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any project is limited to the amount you paid for that project.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico and applicable United States federal law.
