Warrior Digital Studio is a trade name operated by Marc Guerrero as a sole proprietor in Puerto Rico, United States. It is not currently a registered corporation or limited liability company.

We only collect the information you choose to send through our contact form: your name, email address, company (optional), the service you are interested in, an estimated budget (optional) and your project message.

To read and reply to your enquiry, prepare quotes or proposals, and communicate with you about a potential or active project.
We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information, and we do not use it for automated decision-making.
Where your information is stored
Form submissions are stored in a secure cloud database operated by our website platform provider and a copy is delivered by email to our business inbox. Access is limited to the studio.
Service providers that help us operate the website (hosting, database and email delivery) process data only on our behalf. Data may be processed in the United States.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries for as long as needed to respond and to manage any resulting business relationship, and for a reasonable period afterwards for record-keeping, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.
Your choices and rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete the personal information you sent us by emailing info@warriordigitalstudio.com. We will respond within a reasonable time.
Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under applicable privacy laws; we will honour those requests as required.
