No online payments on this website
This website does not process payments. Prices and the payment calculator are estimates only. Payment details are agreed in your written proposal and invoices are sent directly by the studio.
Deposits
Projects usually start with a deposit, which reserves your place in our schedule and covers initial planning and discovery work.
Payment plans
For some projects we may offer to split the price into scheduled installments. Any payment plan is a direct agreement with Warrior Digital Studio and only applies once confirmed in writing.
Warrior Digital Studio is not a bank or lender and does not offer consumer credit or financing. Payment plans are subject to approval and to the terms in your agreement.
Late or missed payments
If a payment is late, we may pause work until the account is up to date. Final files, transfers of ownership and launch are completed after full payment.
Refunds
Because our services involve custom work and reserved time, deposits are non-refundable once work has started.
If a project is cancelled, you pay for the work completed up to the cancellation date. Payments already made for completed work are not refunded.
Monthly services are not refunded for the current month, but you can cancel future months as set in your agreement.
